The story of Craftex Salt belongs to Warcha, Tehsil Quaidabad, District Khushab (Pakistan)—the globally recognized historical hub of the finest premium rock salt. Warcha hosts the country’s largest extraction projects managed by the PMDC (Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation), producing the highest purity raw materials in the world.

As a premier Himalayan pink salt exporter and manufacturer, our family has lived and worked in this mineral-rich region for generations. Our deep-rooted expertise officially started inside the Warcha salt mines, where we operated under our legendary first mining brand name, Akhtar Salt Contractor. From 2005 to 2020, as Akhtar Salt Contractor, we managed underground blasting, rock excavation, and critical logistics, moving premium crystals from the deep mine chambers to the surface. This 15-year hands-on mining background gives us an unmatched, insider knowledge of salt quality, crystal structures, and pure geological grades that ordinary trading companies simply do not possess.

Building upon this solid generation of mining trust, absolute quality control, and deep field expertise, we officially founded and registered our modern global export brand, Craftex Salt, in July 2025.
